Called because my furnace was acting up. They came and told me it needed to be replaced. Sucks but ok. Asked what the lead time was on getting a new one and they told me they could probably get it next week. My furnace has been out for a month since I’ve been waiting on a quote to replace it. I’ve called multiple times and left voicemails for Matt and have never received a call back. Now my house is freezing for Christmas. Thanks guys. Update: They didn’t forget to send me the bill
