I recently visited Richelle’s Nails as a first-time customer, and honestly, my experience was disappointing. Since this was my first time ever going to a nail salon, I booked both a manicure and pedicure with Richelle based on recommendations. However, just one day before my appointment, I got a call saying she doesn’t actually do the service I requested, and I would need to go with someone else.
