First time visit and defs the last. Five minutes into my appointment the receptionist was trying to upsell me to a more expensive mani/pedi package. The lady doing my pedicure accidentally GRATED my toe when dealing with my calluses leading me to bleed quite badly. Another nail tech made me bleed when she cut my cuticles and did not even apologize. I have been coming here since highschool on and off, (I go through phases of having acrylics for awhile then not having them for months at a time) I am rarely disappointed! They are very accommodating and try to get you as close to what you want as possible. All the girls are very skilled with designs and have a great eye for detail. Please see the attached photos showing the result of my service. I am very disappointed with the quality of the work. The young man who did my nails appeared to be in a rush throughout the appointment. When I expressed that I was unhappy with the result, he became visibly upset and attempted to redo my nails in a very rough and harsh manner, which made me feel uncomfortable. I expected a much higher standard of workmanship and customer service. It is unacceptable that gel polish was left all over my skin and around my nails.... read more

I've been going to Richelle's since 2018 and I've always been pleased with the service. Richelle has been doing my nails and the designs are always executed flawlessly and when she is not available Harry has been my next go to. For my feet Vincent never disappoints. The foot massage that follows is amazing!!!
