By far the worst customer service ive experienced in my life. Ive been to this location about 20 plus times and brought them in thousands of dollars and I swear everytime I go there its bad service. They're computer system is the same system from the 80s it seems... if theres 3 customers ahead of you, itll probably take 20 minutes... They never know anything about the hardware they're selling.. And now, I ordered hardware and told the sales reps I think they're ordering the wrong parts and I was told I was wrong... Sure enou... read more
Absolutely amazing service! Thomas was so friendly and helpful. Our store has about 30 sets of drawers that were all installed about six years ago and because they’re used heavily, they’re all starting to fall off the tracks and warp under pressure etc.. The guys that helped me told me exactly what I needed to bring in and they were so fast and making sure that I had the exact right part to go back to my shop with. I couldn’t recommend them enough. When we had our kitchen designed, we ordered all our Richelieu hardware through Richelieu Victoria. We ordered very expensive Richelieu drawer pulls, and though the man there was rather unpleasant, at least our drawer pulls arrived and our designer dealt with him. Fast forward to 2025 and we need 2 new drawer pulls. The company who designed our kitchen and had purchased everything no longer exists.
