When we had our kitchen designed, we ordered all our Richelieu hardware through Richelieu Victoria. We ordered very expensive Richelieu drawer pulls, and though the man there was rather unpleasant, at least our drawer pulls arrived and our designer dealt with him. Fast forward to 2025 and we need 2 new drawer pulls. The company who designed our kitchen and had purchased everything no longer exists. Seem to think they’re a parking authority, and the extremely unpleasant Karen they’re got there makes it her issue to report local workers for parking.
Terrible service. Made me wait a very long time, then when someone emerged from the back and I asked if someone could help me they didn’t seem very friendly. Once the lady came to assist after making me wait longer, I was told they don’t have any one the ones I’m looking for in stock and offered to show me other colors but told me I can only look at one handle at a time even though I only asked to look at 2 options side by side to compare.
