Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve encountered in a long time.
Awesome staff. Great experience for pickup
Great people great service Huge variety
Ordered cabinet & vanity knobs. Did not receive email confirmation or updates for 2 weeks and counting. Called to inquire and learned Richelieu had zero status. Ended up cancelling my order as it was obvious they had no skin in this game.
