Amazing, amazing customer service, pricing, etc. so helpful. When I told the staff I was unable to come in person to work out the details of a new countertop, they gave me too quality customer service through email, and were always very considerate and reasonable. At one point when there was a mix up with the countertop I originally wanted, they went so far as to find me a replacement in similar tones which works perfectly. Very helpful. Had exactly what I needed.
Good selection of product. Need to work on effective communication, ordered countertops and emailed and phoned with final dimensions and was prepared to order. I phoned and left my number with no call back. Slow to get back.
When Home Depot didn't have stock, they sent me straight to where they order from - Richelieu. They had exactly what I needed, helped order it to their location, and even walked me through finding the right fitting when it turned out that I was dealing with outdated and incompatible hardware. This is a primarily business-to-business service so be prepared for that kind of experience, but if you have a specific need and exhausted other 'normal' retail options these folks very well may be able to help - or in my case, save the... read more
