I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this hardware store today. One of the employees working the counter, Dustin, sat behind the counter the entire time with headphones in, scrolling on his phone, completely disengaged from what was going on around him. When I approached the counter and tried to ask for help, I was either ignored or met with the bare minimum effort — no greeting, no eye contact, no attempt to assist. Good supplier of Cabinet hardware
Amazing, amazing customer service, pricing, etc. so helpful. When I told the staff I was unable to come in person to work out the details of a new countertop, they gave me too quality customer service through email, and were always very considerate and reasonable. At one point when there was a mix up with the countertop I originally wanted, they went so far as to find me a replacement in similar tones which works perfectly. Good selection of product. Need to work on effective communication, ordered countertops and emailed and phoned with final dimensions and was prepared to order. I phoned and left my number with no call back. Slow to get back.
