I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this hardware store today. One of the employees working the counter, Dustin, sat behind the counter the entire time with headphones in, scrolling on his phone, completely disengaged from what was going on around him. When I approached the counter and tried to ask for help, I was either ignored or met with the bare minimum effort — no greeting, no eye contact, no attempt to assist.
