They have a three day return policy. Need I say more? My husband purchased a necklace for me as a gift for Mother’s Day. Fell off of my neck within minutes of putting it on. By the time we found our information to write to them and tell them that we wanted to return the necklace or have it replaced, they told us it was past the three day return policy.
