Not Just Ice-Cream, it's a day out! – I love it! I have NEVER had a bad experience there. (I'm very picky,so I can't believe there is a place out there that serves well consistently, but Richardson's does) I have been going there since I was a kid. Now, I bring my kids there. It's a great place to spend the day. They have 2 great mini-golf courses. My 6yr-old loves the batting cages. Or just come and whack a bucket of balls on the driving range. Greatest – Richardsons has been around forever and that is because they have the best ice cream anywhere. How can they not the cows are right there.
best in town – There isn't abad favor in the bunch every flavor is delicious
Wow -- Way overrated! – While I have spent *way* too much time at Richardsons, enjoying a cone and visiting their petting zoo with my kids, anyone calling this "exceptional" ice cream is out of their minds. Good, yes, but it doesn't compare to the super premium stuff that's available at Denise's or Christina's. Don't get me wrong, it's not terrible, but it's just above average, certainly not the best in the area.

Putting on more pounds – Living on the North Shore it is a great place for ice cream and it is nearby.
World's Best Ice Cream – As a mother of 4, Richardson's Dairy is our ice cream stand of choice. Not only do they have the best ice cream we've ever tasted, but they also provide a family-friendly atmosphere. The facility is extremely clean, which you almost never see these days. The lines move quickly and the service is impeccable. I highly recommend visiting if you are in the area!
#1 Ice Cream – This is in response to "Are you kidding?" When I see Richardson's Ice Cream described as "average at best" I just can't believe my eyes! I wonder if we are even referring to the same place and product. What could be better than delicious homemade ice cream that starts right with their own cows? It is PHENOMINAL! Richardson's is a perfect place to visit for ice cream lovers of all ages. It has been the place to go for generations and we are fortunate to have such an extraordinary place in our area.
