RecommendedI called Richardson's Garage Door to replace a cable on my residential garage door & was able to get an appointment on the next business day! My wife met with the Service Tech at our residence & said that he was very polite, professional, & explained everything to her in a way that she understood. The cost of the replair was exactly as quoted when I scheduled the appointment. I also use Richardson's Garage Doors for commercial use @ my employer & have always been completely satisfied with their services. Highly recommended!

So businesses make mistakes. It happens all the time. Its how they respond to the mistake shows the true character of the company. So yesterday Richardson's Garage doors was suppose to show up and modify my doors. It was scheduled more than 4 weeks ago. I wanted to use a local small company that does good work and has a good reputation. Richardson's fit that bill but they dropped the ball and it wasnt scheduled and parts weren't ordered. Had a real surprise in that match existing only refers to the design on the door and not to color. Other than that they were prompt, efficient and cleaned up after they finished.
Richardson's does great work. Very professional from beginning to end. They under promise and over deliver on their service and products. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.
Bought a new garage door a month or so ago. Everything was great until today when the door came off the track and my garage door was stuck open. I'm not the handiest guy in the world, so I called Richardson's to see if they could help since the purchase was recent. About ten minutes later someone from Richardson's was at my house and my garage door was repaired. Incredible service, I couldn't be happier with my experience. Thank you to all the employees involved.
