I moved to the Clear Lake Area in 2004 and have been taking my dogs to TLC ever since. I recently had to put one of my dogs to sleep a couple of weeks ago after months of treating him for various things. The staff and doctors at TLC Animal Hospital were amazing... they were compassionate and caring every step of the way. They are more than just my neighborhood veterinarians, they were our friends when we needed them the most! I would never take my pets anywhere else!
I have to say that Dr. K. Richardson is the best vet in giving TLC to her clients, a very caring lady, but I have to agree in the last writer is right...I left their office having a balance of one amount and they were kind enough to let me pay half and I would return to pay the balance off in week..I returned in five days to pay off the balance which I thought to be $275 had gone up to $531 (I have the proof.) No one in their office had bother to call to let me know that my balance had changed. I was shocked and when I asked... read more
I took my dog to be boarded for the day. I was quoted $10 before I dropped him off. By the time I get to work, I get a phone call that they need to give a vaccination administered as a nose spray if I want my dog to stay there, so I agree. They then call me back later and say they have to give him an exam to give the nose spray. My $10 boarding has now become near $100!! These people are scammers, will cheat you out of your money and I do NOT reccommend. They are outrageous and all they care about is taking your money. How w... read more
