Customer service cannot be beat! I no longer live in the Marquette area so when I was home visiting I stopped in to drop off my wedding band and engagement ring to be soldered expecting to pick it up next time I was in town. Instead, they were able to do it for me in less than an hour so I didn't have to go three weeks without my rings! I am so pleased with how it turned out too �� thank you Richardson Jewelers!
