I have consistently depended on Richard to pull a rabbit out of the hat and appreciate his "out of the box" thinking. They have never let me down.....
I was under contract on a property and the inspection revealed cracks in some masonry. Richardson engineering was able to come out next day, inspect the foundation and walls, and get me a report that same day outlining what repairs were needed. Saved my deal.
Horrible experience
Be careful on hiring this company. They are a scam artist. The company sends a very unprofessional person (Stevin)to my address. First we had an agreed time to meet. And they were over an hour late. Also we spoke on Phone, they said that they will come by and I wouldn't get charged unless I Hired them for an approval letter. When he gets here.
