Be careful on hiring this company. They are a scam artist. The company sends a very unprofessional person (Stevin)to my address. First we had an agreed time to meet. And they were over an hour late. Also we spoke on Phone, they said that they will come by and I wouldn't get charged unless I Hired them for an approval letter. When he gets here. I had hard time finding a structural engineer to help with my project modifying some trusses on an existing house. I was relieved when they agreed to do the design. I was thoroughly pleased with their work, as well as their professinalism. These folks are great!

Over a month has passed and I still do not have my plans approved (only a 700 sq foot addition). I do not recommend

Have used these guys on multiple projects. All good engineering firms are busy, so if you're doing something last minute or failed to plan accordingly, you're going to pay for your mistake. That isn't the firms fault and their turn around is the same as the other reputable firms in town. If you get plans before you begin work or have a permit issued (like you're supposed to) you won't have any issues getting shut down.
