Everyone was nice and pleasant. Was actually very soothing, considering it was a dental appt.
I truly appreciate the way Heidi, Karen and Dr Raymond explained and worked with my 4 year old. This is something fairly new to her and I think they really made it easy for her. She was very proud to have gone to the dentist, have her teeth cleaned and then tell everyone that she didn't have any "cavity bugs". Thanks for your professionalism!
