The registration form is very long, requing a lot of information. I was glad that I was able to complete it on line instead of in the office.

I work in customer service and I must say everyone I encountered at this location was truly amazing. I wish I could remember names but the lady at the desk that checked me in stayed on the phone with me the entire time until I pulled in the parking lot because I was lost. Office is very welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. Dr.Richardson put my mind at ease with my daughters procedure and his team made her feel relaxed. I would certainly recommend this practice
