Great atmosphere, the office staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. Forgot referral and office staff got all require information without my assistance. Dentist mad my family and i feel comfortable with treatment plan and scheduling date. Friendly environment. Thanks

Everyone that I spoke with at the Richardson Center was very professional and pleasant on the two occasions that I visited. The wait time is short to be called, as well as when Dr. Richardson arrives in the exam room. And, the office is always neat and clean.
I have been back and forth with the insurance company for months regarding my son's tooth that was knocked out due to trauma and it has taken over two years and still has not come in so I wanted to get a CT scan done. I got Dr. Richardson's name from some other dentist, made my son's appointment and we were there less than an hour and he was able to get a CT scan in house! Excellent service. Dr. Explained cause of the problem. Teeatment options, procedure and post treatment follow ups.
So far the customer service has been wonderful. I am getting an implants done in two weeks so I cannot comment on that. I know that I hate pain and if they can do my impact with minimum pain then I will definitely give a five stars rating.
I received excellent customer service when my I got tooth my extracted. Dr. Richardson and his staff did an amazing job. I had no pain during or after the procedure. No meds needed. Thanks a lot.
