The visit unfortunately started with a slight mix up about scheduling and having the appropriate referral. But the the staff and Dr. Richardson were excellent. They got the appropriate information required and saw me as scheduled. The consult itself was great. I was visiting Dr. Richardson for a second opinion. He was honest, straitforward and very personable.
Everyone that I came in contact with was an absolute professional.
Dr. Richardson is a super guy, very personable and will explain every step in great detail. Staff is wonderful. Appointments are always on time.
Doctor and clinical staff were awesome.. front desk could use a little work they we’re talking of personal matters pretty loud.. but that didn’t overshadow any of the other great people in that office.

Dr. Richardson is friendly and knowledgeable. I was very happy with how quickly I was seen, and the professionalism of his staff. The procedure was nearly painless (ok, not completely painless, but who expects that?) and II healed much faster than I expected.
