Very professional!! I have taken both of my kids here and will not go anywhere else.
I was so impressed with the front desk service and Doctor Richardson's laid-back and professional manner.
Dr. Richardson is a specialist. The way he explains things to you, being precise and concise, you can tell he is a great surgeon. I trust him and his skills. My treatment was a success. Also, I had a billing issue during the course of my treatment. He graciously took care of it in my favor. All in all, I have had a very positive experience. I do not hesitate to recommend him.
I've finished my prep for dental implant and must say that I have enjoyed my visits to Dr Richardson's office . I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs the services he offers. His staff is fabulous and always has a smile and friendly conversation.
Dr. Richardson was, is, Amazing! I had a (Broken), wisdom tooth extracted so fast, that I didn’t even have time to anticipate what was going to happen! Two or three tugs and it was done! I mumbled...That’s it?! And he said that’s it, it’s done! He instructed me again on the care of my stitches, asked if I had any other questions or concerns, thanked me, shook my hand and “Poof”, he was gone, my bad tooth & pain was gone! I was having some pain / health issues and previously in the hospital. Dr. Richardson allowed me to come in and take a look at me. He greeted me with a great smile and said we take care of our own. His staff was wonderful. I can't thank the office enough for being so caring and thoughtful.
