When first entering the Richardson Center, the patient will find it warm and inviting. The receptionists are friendly, professional, and efficient. Additionally, some of the receptionists are bilingual in several languages which also makes patients who speak other languages feel comfortable. The staff was very professional and friendly. Dr. Richardson provide an easy to understand explanation of the options available to me regarding my dental issue.
It was very nice experience. I have been in this office before my other had surgery last year. Doctor is so nice and funny and staff is really good and helpful. I really like that place.

I would highly recommend this practice, and particularly Dr. Richardson, as indicated by all of my "excellent'" responses for questions 2 through 9 below. Dr. Richardson extracted a large back tooth yesterday, and I've suffered no pain and a minimum amount of bleeding. I've found him to be an excellent , caring, and painless surgeon!
CLEAN, CLEAN AND CLEAN! Friendly and well mannered staff. Dr.Richardson caters to cowards (as myself). Just a little out-of-the-way, I drive from Pasadena to him. Oh, did I mention CLEAN 😃
This office is run like a real business from top to bottom. Everyone is professional and personable!
