Customer Service Response Changed My Mind Although I had a recent issue with Richardson Business Solutions, I was contacted by the owner and he went out of his way to make things right. Mlive doesn't allow you to completely delete a review, so I wanted to change my previous negative review to reflect the great customer service that I received from Richardson Business Solutions.
