Service manager Gary and service advisor Dax have been very professional, kind, and very much customer service oriented. Gary admitted when he and his team were wrong and made it right quickly without any fuss. They did have an advisor who was rude and definitely not a customer service person at all, named Priscilla. Dealing with her is why we only are giving 4 instead of 5 stars. Gary and Dax are the reason why we will be going back to this service department again.
