If you want a doctor that is making light of your health conditions and cancels appointments-this is the doctor for you. She made a mockery of me and my family and is the core reason i do not participate in any form of mental healthcare and will not. Her behavior was abhorrent and shocking.

She is nice, but the practice is mismanaged and there is no communication because of poorly supervised residents. I felt financially exploited. This is not a way you should feel in a system made to help people recover from mental illness. My family felt violated when we were not consulted on an involuntary commitment launched against me without our consent or knowledge. It is not financially feasible to seek her services under these conditions.

This office saved my life. I’d like to personally thank, Dr. Stephanie Richards for being an advocate for mental health and helping me recover through extreme trauma. Even once I left this office, Dr. Richards made sure to transfer me to a trauma informed practice for follow up care. I’d like to thank Kate Swords with the MAT team for helping me with sobriety which has been 2 years. It has saved my life.
