Run These guys did some work at a house I purchased in fall of 2018. The toilet they put in leaked dirty water from the first floor into my finished basement, damaging the ceiling and shorting out my smoke detector. They returned and fixed the toilet but did not fix the ceiling damage or replace the smoke detector that was destroyed, saying they would return later when it was more convenient.
