Called last night at 5:30...came out today with oil...always there when we need it and at a reasonable price.
I have never called Richard's Oil before. After realizing my tank was critically low I called first thing this morning and the woman helped me immediately, I had a full delivery by 12noon today. I can't thank them enough for helping me!!!
Wish you could give no stars.. Needed oil ASAP, called them on a Saturday. Sounded like they could have came out if they wanted to but said they would come on Sunday. Around 1 on Sunday, called to make sure they were coming. The answering service said the trucks were out but running behind. Sunday came and went, they never showed up. Called on Monday around 8am to see what the deal was and was told by the answering service that they would call me back that day.. Got no call back. HORRIBLE!!!
