Very disappointed today. My husband and I were shopping and looking to purchase a travel trailer today. We stopped and started looking at the RV's. We were greeted be a salesman that seemed to be rushing us through as we were looking. He then said that their other location had more of what we were looking for. We purchased a Gulf Stream Conquest for Richards RV in 2014. This summer we found out that the A/C wasn't working. Service department sent Chad out to our seasonal site and determined A/C was bad. They handled all the warranty work had a new unit installed and we are nice and Cool again!! Folks I would recommend Richards RV to anyone. They took a bad situation and really stepped up. Thanks again to everyone at Richards and especially Chad. you Guys are Awesome in my book!
My wife and I purchased a 2015 Gulf Stream Conquest from Ron Fink at the Quincy location. We have been very pleased with Richard's as they have been working with us to satisfy some aspects with Gulf Stream that have been unpleasant. I highly recommend working with Jim and/or Matt in service. They have a vast knowledge of the in's and out's of every camper they sell. Oh ya! Jim, I still owe you and your wife dinner. You will not find a better deal ANYWHERE!
