Love the new camper, but the service department appears to be pretty short staffed. I have a list of mostly minor issues, but we can't even get a date that someone will be out to fix the issues. Very frustrating not to have any idea of when they will be able to come out but I'm hoping they can at least get me on the calendar!
After a long search, we found our dream camper, 2018 Gulf Stream Vintage Cruiser 19BFD!! Customer Service was top notch! Much thanks to Tanner for showing us around, Chris for handling the sale, Tom for answering questions at RV shows, Matt for taking the extra time to teach us newbies everything we needed and all the crew who make up such a great team at Richards!
I went there on Saturday 8-12-17 at 4:30 after I had called them to get there hours and they were closed. They were open till 5 due to Reading was having a special event that Q95 was advertising. Reading even sent me there, I was looking for a camper to purchased.
After weeks of searching and driving all over, (9 RV Dealers), not to mention the private and online sales we looked at, we are in love with our new camper and how well the Reading, MI crew took care of us!! Thank you Shawn, Tom, and Chris!!
