RecommendedI was recommended by a friend when I was looking for an engagement ring to talk to Mike at Richards. He was very friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for and I just went back to get our wedding rings and another great experience. Very friendly staff and they always clean my fiancé’s ring while we’re there. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for jewelry to go see Mike.

I highly recommend Richards jewelers for their quality of jewelry and amazing customer service!! Michael helped my husband and I complete my wedding ring and it could not look more stunning!!! Michael was patient and took his time explaining different cuts & rings and got my wedding ring complete within two days.. one more important thing is that I did not feel pressured to buy!! Thank you Richards jewelers, we will be back again!
Very helpful, took the time to explain the different cuts, clarity, ratings. And they stand late to help us . We live in Palmer and will travel to Westfield for thing jeweler related to see Michael and his staff !!
