They are awesome in every way! Family business, honest, friendly, funny, heplful, fair priced, etc etc... They even took me and showed me under the hood, and explained things to me in a language this "non-mechanic" could understand! Every time I go there, I leave feeling warm and fuzzy...even though I've had to spend some money on my car, I always feel well informed and confident that I did the right thing and I will be safe driving my car!!! :) <3 Love these guys!!! Father and his 3 Sons!!!
I love my Volvo, but I have the Volvo because of Richard’s Import Store. Richard and his sons: RJ, Ryan, and Robbie are just amazing. I feel so fortunate to have found them. 10/10 would recommend!

Honest, friendly, family operation. Very knowledgeable about Volvos, very good on prices and service. RJ, one of the owner's sons, spent over an hour going through my '91 Volvo 240 with me and then only charged me $24.50 for labor! I didn't even think shops like this existed anymore... We're really lucky to have these guys in Gainesville / North Central Florida.
