I made an appointment, but something didn't sit right with me, the way he talked seemed he was in a rush or annoyed. I called back to cancel, and was really polite about it, but he just hung up the phone. Kind of glad I didn't come here to be honest, I feel like he wouldn't really listen to what you want done to your hair, or wouldn't care that much lol.
My younger brother just got a cut there, at the last day before his school DC trip. It's terrible, I felt a slight heart attack on my first peak of him. It completely failed his expectations and requirements, both verbally and visually, from the first cut. Honestly, I wouldn't even want him to pay for this s***. I had been here several times, and this experience completely ruined my trust and confidence of this place. My family, everyone else I know, and I, wouldn't ever come again
