I just got back from Richard's Jewelers and cannot express how happy I am with the service there. The diamond on my engagement ring became loose on Mother's Day and we brought it to Richard's and decided to do a little updating to the engagement band. My old band was just a plain solid band but since our 11 year anniversary was coming up, we decided to replace the band and find a new one with some diamonds on the band.
