Very nice staff to work with. Alex took me into the warehouse, opened a box and showed me the product to make sure it was what I needed. Also helped me with a warranty product from before Richards bought Eastern Aluminum. I was very pleased that they stood behind their products!! Highly recommend!
I had the best first experience with Richards Building Supply, Alex in particular. When a window was broken in our home, I quickly learned that I had minimal information about the windows. I knew the manufacturer and found Richard’s through the manufacturer’s website. Alex took the info that I had and did some research and came back to me with a couple of options. He was patient with me as I was fumbling my way through. He made what was a tough situation for me a better one and it was greatly appreciated.
