Top Class Used Appliance Store I needed a Apartment complex full of appliances, and Richard's Appliance has me set. I got so many pieces for so cheap and I really reccomend for anyone who needs appliances. Little local owned place About 10 years ago showed himself. He really gots something going here. You get your appliances $400-600 CHEAPER Than A brand new, and they still feel new. They also sell tv's and other random things so check in often!
A Great locallt owned repair shop When I needed to get my washer fixed, I shopped around for the best competive prices and decided to go here. There price is about the same with every other appliance repair shop. The staff was friendly and was very helpful with all my questions that I had regarding the repair that was going to be done. They were fast and came within 24 hours, which was very impressive. They even offer used appliances for sale if you don't want to get a repair done.
STAY AWAY! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! TRUST ME! RUDE and I BELIEVE CROOKS! Tech was two hours late, disagnosised in 5 minutes (tops) dryer problem was a thermostat and washer was filling up with water fine. The problem with my washer wasn't the filling up it was not washing in COLD water! Then said my lines were crossed, but the cold/hot water worked fine prior. Great Store! I purchased all of my major appliances from this PC Richard & Son. They offer a very nice selection, although it is a pretty small store. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Delievery and installation was fast and easy. The location is terrific. They also have some great pricing options, if your credit qualifies. From dishwashers to televisions, they have it all. PROS: great selection, great service, good prices CONS: lousy parking
Homeowner Just had "Steve" here from Richard's Appliance. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, & helpful. He called me before arrival to let me know he was on his way. Had to order the part for my LG electric range. Did not charge me for today's visit. Gave me a clear quote for the work to be done. Couldn't have asked for better service.
BEWARE, SCAMMERS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I used this company for appliance repair in my home several times and never had a problem. The owner mentioned that they were doing plumbing so when I needed my main line snaked out (this needs to be done yearly), I called them. They quoted me $165 to snake the main line. I requested repeatedly that they snake both towards the street and towards my house as we have tree roots that tend to grow through the lines. Great Service!! My husband and I have ONLY used Richard's for several years now and we can't say enough good things about them! We get prompt and courteous response every time. We both work and because of that, they even give me a call in advance of when they're able to be at the house so that one of us can meet them there. If they can't fix a problem, they find a way to resolve it and then always tell us to call them if we're not happy. Unreliable and clueless After recently purchasing all new appliances where I needed same day installation, I decided to call Richard's. I was told someone would be out to install between 11-2pm. I had then asked for an approximate cost estimate and was told they "didn't know but our repair guy can call you to discuss." First red flag. After waiting for someone to show up, I received a call at 1:30pm stating that they do not do installations and would not be coming.
