Top notch service. Furnace issues and it's 18 degrees out. Called Richard's and help arrived in 13 minutes. Issue promptly resolved. Furnace is working. Grateful for Richard's!
We had a furnace emergency at the end of December 2025. Corey came over after hours to determine our issue and present a solution. We had a new furnace and A/C unit installed the next day. I can't be more appreciative and will use them for all our HVAC issues.
Had a very good experience with Richard's Heating and cooling. They were prompt and courteous and cleaned up after themselves nicely. The pricing was phenomenal, and I've recommended them to all my friends and co-workers.
