We have relied on Richards Heating and Cooling for over 15 years now, in two different homes! We are so glad that this family-owned business is here in Topeka. Corey is always quick to respond, particularly the couple of times our old AC unit had gone out over the years. Corey had installed a mini split 5 years ago. It began leaking last summer. He said he wasn’t too familiar working on them because they’re bullet proof. (Ours was the first of hundreds he’s installed since then) Had a big company come out and look and claimed mice had chewed wiring. Everything needed to be replaced and I have an emailed quote for $19,000. I called Corey and asked for his second opinion. He said drains were plugged and blower fan was caked up with filth.
