I just don't understand all of the negativity spewed at this clinic. Whether those apposed were drug seeking or doctor shopping. Let me tell you. Dr Sung spent an hour and a half with me. He said my case was complicated. Which it is. I was treated with complete professionalism and respect. I was heard and treated kindly by all of the staff team. The amount of review I have written. Richard young Is not a good place. I don’t like how they did the faculty in the past year. When a family friend was there. We went to the door no one answered I had to call the Nurses station which wasn’t my plan. Katie answered the phone and when I said who I was she tried to talk and ask how I was doing. I DO NOT Have the patient to be talking when I was disrespected here. I will be reporting If I things do not change.
Terrible. As a teen I was sent here a bunch. The staff didn’t gaf, blamed things that they should’ve been paying attention to on a literal patient. Doctors would see you for about 3-5 minutes once a weekday (not weekends, they couldn’t be bothered) where they didn’t listen to you at all and assumed that they knew best. If you get sent here more than like twice the staff looks down on you and you tend to get put into solitary. Why would that help. Avoid this place, Bryan in Lincoln is much better.
I went up there to try to get my effexor and the ladies at front were very helpful and they saw that I was very sick. See, this antidepressants runs out, I to go through withdrawals. I put out a request to get my medicine refilled, I did that at least two to three times I sent it over Pharmacy. I even said the schedule to see a new provider and to see my old psychiatrist or someone. I set up an appointment I should be able to see someone and get my medicine.
