Horrible person and doctor. Should be fired from Kaiser because he is incompetent, rude, dismissive, and arrogant. Treats you like trash and does not listen at all. If you are needing services go to another doctor because you will be very disappointed and he will waste your time with his incompetence.
Dr Yoo wasted precious time. He's a nice guy but a bad doctor. I'm not sure if it's the Kaiser system that made him bad or if he was never any good, but for infertility patients beware. After 2 failed IUIs and 1 botched one (he and Kaiser couldn't get the timing right), we moved onto IVF where numerous problems were discovered. While with Dr.Yoo he kept telling us everything was fine and we should keep trying for months. When we started infertility treatments after 1 year, he didn't run needed checks like a hysteroscopy. My husband and I were pleased with Dr Yoo. He was personable and kind, but also realistic with our infertility. We were so grateful with his professionalism and care. And thankfully we have successful with our IVF and transfer. Will definitely go back to Dr Yoo again!
They don’t look at to root cause as to why people can’t get pregnant! I’ve been trying over 5 years!! Have had 7 failed IUI. I just went to fertility doctor in Mexico on the 2nd visit they did a hysteroscopy and they found a large tumor! In those years of trying and seeing them they could have caught early on now I have to get surgery wait to see if it’s a large endometrial polyp or tumor. So careless :( so disappointing!
Dr.Yoo was fantastic, he understood that my wife and I wanted to do RIVF and he was very informative and patient with us. And because of him we now have a beautiful baby boy!! After our transfer he gave us his personal cell and when we called for advice he was out with his family and still answered and helped us with no hesitation!
