It sounds like many people have had positive results with Dr. Fleming's rhinoplasty surgeries. I agree that he is friendly and handles himself professionally, but my rhinoplasty procedure was a failure and made my nose look strange and terribly bulbous and unsymmetrical. Dr. Fleming is THE rhinoplasty expert to see. He is so astute when it come to nasal anatomy. I had a nasal revision that was very complex requiring ear cartilage and skin grafting. He “rebuilt” my nose beautifully when I thought there was no hope.
