Dr. Westbrook has been my doctor for nearly 20 years. He is very attentive and deals with my problems very efficiently. I have a lot of faith in him. He takes time to listen to things that I’m dealing with and he has a very good personality. It has been nearly 15 years since he did a knee replacement on me and I’ve never had any problems with that knee.
When I asked Dr. Westbrook if he had a diagnosis or prognosis for my injury, he response was “I don’t know, I don’t have a crystal ball”. Very unprofessional. He told me to take a sample medication for two weeks, but only gave me enough samples for one week. For the pass 15 years Doctor Westbrook has been taking care of my family orthopedic needs. He performed knee replacement on my wife, also my shoulder and my hands. Dr. Wesbrook and his staff personal are very professional and care for their patients. I do strongly recomendamos his service.
He is a best doctor. He will care of patients.
Dr. Westbrook, Is an extraordinary physician and surgeon. His diagnosis have been on target and his approach towards treatment are conservative. He will immediately advice you if surgery is inevitable.
Great doctor. I'm happy with both surgeries both sholders. Anesthesiologist was A pro
Every thing went well.
Dr Westbrook is very professional and gets right to the point, but his staff never returns calls or maybe just ignores messages. If call had been returned problem could have been resolved with out having to schedual an appointment.
Poor diagnostic skills. Waited 2 hours to be seen for knee pain. Had x-rays and was diagnosed with osteoarthritis... cartilage degeneration due to age. He said to take ibuprofen for the pain and to see him in 60 days. I didn't believe him. Cartilage cannot be seen by x-rays. You need MRI to see soft-tissue. I went to see another orthopedic surgeon, who immediately suspected a meniscus tear based on the location of the pain. He sent me to get an MRI. I have multi-directional medial meniscus tear
