Richard West Jewelers Made Me Very Happy – Richard West Jewelers is quite a good place to have your engagement ring made. We looked all over to find the right ring with a beautiful diamond. We even looked on the internet at some diamond suppliers. Richard was able to make me a ring which I designed with a diamond at the same price as I saw on line. Richard west Jewelers has Excellent prices – I've found Richard West Jewelers to be priced very fairly and in fact lower than the mall stores. I Recommend them when you are looking for an expensive item. They make the rings and pendants in the store and Richard is an expert designer and craftsman. If you are looking for quality jewelry and good prices I recommend giving them a try.
I'm pleased with the service at Richard West Jewelers. They have always be polite and professional and the repairs that have been made to my jewelry have been excellent. I had things repaired there that other jewelery stores said couldn't be repaired. Richard is an expert in the field where other jewelers seem to be only salesmen. My tag needed service. The last jeweler replaced the battery and did not seal it properly so it leaked. I brought it to Richard West Jewelers and they saved my watch replaced the battery and pressure sealed it. I wish the other jeweler has done the job right but at least I know that it was serviced correctly at Richard West Jewelers and I have to thank them for saving my expensive watch. I learned not to try to cheap out when servicing my watch. 5 stars and a little extra for Richard West Jewelers
Watch Repair at Richard West Jewelers My grandfathers pocket watch was in bad shape. I took it to a series of jewelers and they all told me it was beyond repair. I found Richard West Jewelers from a friend who said he is very good at repairing watches. He examined my watch, said he could fix it but it would take some time. Three weeks later my grandfathers pocket watch was fixed, polished with a new glass and running perfectly. I have to say it is quite a relief to find someone who is willing to go the extra mile. My girlfriend and I were looking for an engagement ring. We went to Richard West Jewelers with some diamonds that have been in the family. Richard looked at the diamonds, weighed them and showed us the inclusions in the stones. He then discussed with us the many different setting we could make. Each year I buy my wife something for her birthday. I've always found unusual things at Richard West Jewelers. Richard keeps a record of what I purchase and since I usually forget it makes it easier to buy things which go with jewelry I've purchased in the past. I Love Richard West Jewelers My husband bought me something for my 50th. He never spends much time trying to figure out what I would like, but after all these years at least he gives it a try. Anyway, we returned the item and Richard spent a great deal of time finding out what exactly I would like. Finally he came out with some beautiful stones and I absolutely went crazy over one of them. I'm please to say that Richard West Jewelers has given me excellent service. My grandmothers ring was broken and when I went to another jeweler and asked if it could be repaired they flatly said no. This ring is quite sentimental to me so somebody suggested that I try Richard. He was highly recommended. He said "no problem" and told me exactly how he would fix it.
