Tuan was excellent to deal with. She was east to talk to and very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Bay Optics if you have complex vision issues. Their equipment and testing processes are up to date and very thorough.

These people are the best. I tend to have issues with my glasses. While the usual other places just send me away saying "you will get used to them". The Bay Optics team will continue with their investigation and testing, resulting in perfect vision in my glasses. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much.

I recently attended Bay Optics to organise some new prescription sunglasses and contact lenses. I walked into the building and was greeted with smiles from all who work there. Bec was a great help in organising glasses with showing me frames which were not on display. The order was placed and within the fortnight I was contacted to collect my glasses and contact, once again Bec was thorough with reminding me of what is required for correct eye care when wearing contacts which I don't wear all the time. Great thorough 'old fashioned ' service with all the state of the art eye equipment. As a former optometrist myself and now GP it's great knowing my eye health is looked after as well as having a wide range of frames to choose from. I also refer my patients here.
