The most wonderful Optometry practice I have ever been to. Every member of staff is attentive, charming and even funny. I have no hesitation recommending Bay Optics to anyone looking for a 100% professional, dedicated team of caring humans who take the time to address your every need. Your eyes are important and Bay Optics should be your choice for care.
I just popped in to get my glasses adjusted after one of my kids sat on them and the team at Bay Optics fixed them for me with a smile!!
Very impressed with the follow up service at Bay Optics. I walked in with a broken pair of glasses from Richard Watt days ..( one lens fallen out, broken frame and missing support arm) ..10 minutes later I walked out with the same lenses in a repaired frame with replacement support arm. “Here you go, this should keep you up and running “ says the Gentleman that served me. I asked what I owed him and he sent me on my way. “Thank You “ I say “You have made my start to the year an EXCELLENT day”
I would recommend Bay Optics. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
