I saw him twice after my dentist was concerned about a spot on my tongue. She wanted it biopsied. Saw him. He said I wasn’t a candidate for traditional cancer and gave me steroids. Didn’t help. Came back. Told me it was anxiety and I needed mental help and medicine and to quit my job. Ulcers had gotten worse. Still no biopsy preformed. Went to another surgeon a few weeks later and he immediately did a biopsy and confirmed it was cancer. Dr Weber was very rude and condescending to me. This could have been discovered 2 months ... read more
Dr Weber listened to my explanation and offered 2 recommendations. I’m sure I left finger imprints on the chair arms due to fear. Dr. Weber talked me through the whole process of what he was doing and as he began to finish the procedure. I felt no discomfort during the procedure. His dental assistant did an amazing job and comforting. I received treatment at the Saint Peters location.
Looks like there is a pattern. Dr. Richard Weber is rude and does not have a good bedside manner. His staff is not nice either, the whole office needs to learn some customer service skills. I was at the office in South County.
I needed a tooth out that was killing me and I was scared. Dr. Weber explained everything to me and everything went awesome, No pain and I can't wait to do my dental implant in a couple months with him. Would recommend him highly to family and friends!
I visited this office in March and it was the worst exchanged I've had with a medical professional, EVER. He first berated me that I waited to get my wisdom teeth extracted (sorry I'm not made of money), and insinuated that I might be drug seeking after telling me upwards of 10 times that I needed to be sure I was only going to take the script for pain and not share it with others. I couldn't in good conscience recommend visiting his office to anyone. If I had the option to give 0 stars, I would
I never thought going to see an oral surgeon would be as easy as it was. I am a get to the point kind of person and Dr Weber will be 100% honest with you and give you his best recommendation. He is very knowledgeable. I was seen at the South County office and they were all fantastic. I recommend this surgeon to anyone who wants a direct conversation with a cut and dry answer!
Wanted to schedule me for a cone beam xray. ONLY after I asked did they tell me that this $300 test was NOT cover by insurance. I am not a ATM to help pay for expensive diagnostic equipment!
I needed an extraction and was in a lot of pain. The office got me in quickly and they were very nice. Dr. Weber Jr. explained to me that the tooth would put up a little fight but he'd get it out. He talked to me through the whole procedure and always made sure I was doing OK. He explained the post-op care very thoroughly and gave me medication to deal with the pain for a couple days after. Knowledgeable, compassionate dentist.
This person is the rudest person I have ever met. He wanted me to sign the anesthesia release stating that I understood everything, but he REFUSED to actually explain anything. When I Asked a question about the form, he lost his temper and yelled at us.
