The staff was positive from the first phone call, to the greeting I received when entering the waiting room, to the various interactions within the office. Even the comments I 'overheard' when the exam room door was open from time to time were positive and helpful comments of a team that works well. Dr. David was knowledgeable and encouraging, offering solutions over surgery.
I found the staff to be helpful and easy to work with. Dr David was professional informative and easy to speak with. I believe that he listened and provided his best and honest response to my questions. He did not try and “push” me into any procedure and left it open for me to return anytime that I start to have issues.

One of the BEST doctors in Grand Rapids! My last decade at work was marred by intense chronic toe pain. I could only wear Crocs. In 2022 I met Dr Michael David and he improved my life by replacing the big toe joints on both feet with implants. I am now walking miles a day totally pain free. He is an excellent surgeon and a super nice person. Beyond happy that I was in his care.
