Dr Vlasak took my case when many refused. I had a knee revision gone Bad and consequently broke my femur. Dr Vlasak took my case and doing well. I am so grateful to be led to this fine Dr. 10 stars!
I was born with a dislocated hip which wasn't fixed until I was a year old. It caused the cartilage to wear out completely by my mid forties. It got so bad I couldn't sleep at all, and I could barely walk even with a cane. That was 2001. Dr. Vlasak replaced it and I've walked perfectly all these years.
He has been my surgeon 20yrs. He had performed many surgeries for me. I never had any complications from my surgeries. Surgeries and prognosis turned or well. Dr. Vlasak and his team are always kind and caring as it's all the UF staff.
Such a compassionate person, most surgeon do their jobs and it stops there. We were so blessed that Dr. Vlasak was the surgeon who operated on our 93 year old mother, who had broken her right femur. When she met him on her follow up visit, she was so impressed by his bedside manner. He took so much time with her, and made her feel so special.
Knee replacement, May 2018 - Dr Richard Vlasak preformed the complicated knee replacement that I required. I believe he is a master surgeon and just as important, has sincere compassion for his patients.
