Dr. Reiss, and staff, long ago calmed my childhood fear of sitting in a dental chair. No, not just because of the improvements of the modern tools vs. the old noisy slow grinding machinery of my childhood years, 60+ years ago. No the comfort comes from the friendly & professional treatment my wife and I receive that makes the long 100+ miles round trip worth it!
I have been a patient for 20 years and would not dream of seeking a new dentist. Dr. Reiss and his staff have always treated me with courtesy and respect. I have never had to sit and wait in the waiting room, and they always get me in and out of there in a timely fashion!
It is always a pleasure to visit the office and see you all. I enjoyed my cleaning, Lisa is kind and very sweet with me knowing that I get anxious in some occasions. Mary makes me feel welcomed. Lily is always very accommodating and pleasant and sweet. I missed Frankie. Well Dr. Reiss, what can I say even though I don't like to visit any dentist, you and your staff makes me feel at ease with their love, sweetness, and care. Thank you for your special care to my family.
While visiting my daughter in Ft. Lauderdale, I developed a toothache. Dr. Reiss was recommended by my future son-in-law. I called and got an emergency appointment for 1.5 hours after my phone call. The staff and Dr. Reiss were remarkably customer (client)-service oriented. Dr. Reiss even answered the phone when we called (I imagine his staff was at lunch). Dr Reiss is a professional but friendly dentist. He takes the time to explain things and never seems in a rush to get to next patient when you have questions. Staff is awesome too!
I have been going to Dr Reiss for many years.About five years ago I developed trigeminal neuralgia which is severe facial pain involving the trigeminal nerve that serves the face and jaw. I became very anxious about any dental procedure, even cleaning but the encouragement and gentleness and "you'll be OK attitude guided mr through all procedures where my fear is now gone. I even had an implant.Everyone in the office is so warm as well as efficient. I would never go anywhere else. Dr Reiss and his staff are outstanding
