I have used Rich Taylo before and had been very happy. However this last time my husband emailed him to replace valves and fix upstairs toilet. But when he came he looked at both bathrooms said one needed a pin and both toilets needed flappers. Never mentioned valves. When husband called to ask about valves. He had mitten that the job was not completed but never offered to come back to complete job. Then sent me an u reasonable bill for work did. From my first phone contact with Susan Taylo, through a phone conversation describing my problem to her husband Richard, to the scheduled visit by their seven year employee Frank, I was impressed by the friendly, professional, customer-focused approach.
