Richard helped me buy a new house and sell (twice!). He made both processes extremely smooth and he minimized the stress associated with these big life events. He was very patient, gave knowledgeable advice when needed, and he was always responsive within minutes. He has excellent communication and often went out of his way to help. As a real estate investor and agent as well, it's often tough to hire another agent to sell your renovated homes because of the potential money savings selling it yourself, but I will be one of many to say that Rich Sunseri was 100% worth the hire. Not only did he get us more than we projected for the property, but sold it very fast. He has great management and negotiation skills throughout the process and we hope to work together again!
