Richard was so nice. He helped us with our complicated remodel and was very responsive. He builds very large commercial projects but also fits in smaller high end remodels. Thank you, Jennifer
Am not one to write reviews, but want to warn unsuspecting customers of the deceptive and very poor service we received (or didn't receive) over the past 5+ months from Stephenson Construction. We paid Richard Stephenson to deliver engineering drawings for adding some exterior doors, windows and opening a staircase. Our decision was based on his reputation in the commercial sector, rough cost estimate he provided up front, and standard delivery timing for drawings of about 8 weeks.
