Richard St. Amant was a pleasure to work with! The lines of communication where always open. If we called him with a question he would answer or get back to us within the hour. Buying a home is stressful enough, however, We purchased our house during the Covid-19 crisis. Richard was always checking in with us and the lender to keep things on track. He is unpretentious and a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely refer him to anyone buying or selling a home.
