This guy should not be a pediatrician, let alone a doctor caring for anyone. My child’s PCP was out and so we had to see him. He was dismissive of my concerns, told me to go to the ER if I was worried, and was all around contemptuous toward my wife and I. The clinic we take our kids to just lost our business thanks to this guy.
Best pediatrician around! 100% real and down to earth! Friendly and honest nobody can beat this man!
He has been my children's doctors for 10 years and we are very happy with him and his staff.
Dr Richard Smith should never be on call. Called the on call doctor at 10:00 on a Saturday night with an urgent question, I was scared and instead of him helping me out he was rude and dismissive and made me feel bad for calling. he didn't even answer my question before hanging up angrily. now I'm crying because my baby is sick and crying because he was so unbelievably cold and rude.
