It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They were very kind and professional, and never made me feel like I was a bad parent even if I disagreed with them on some parenting issues.
