The staff is so informative and very friendly. I love that everyone takes time to explain the procedures to taking care of the finances.
Everyone was wonderful! I had a good time considering it was a dental appiontmentt. From the receptionist to the dentist, it was a pleasant experience. There was a Digital TV in the front and the ceiling for viewing pleasure and distraction. They kept me well informed of procedure and insurance coverage, it was great.
My experience at Summit Dental, with Dr. Lightman, is always positive, and as pleasant as he and his assistant can make it...from the lovely view of tree-filled yards out the window, TV on demand, ear-phones if I want them...to skilled, gentle care, with explanations of their treatments as they work. The young women at the reception desk are equally friendly as well as efficient. I would highly recommend this practice.
I am not dentist friendly. However, everything has been better than I might hope for. Dr...Staff...all top notch and I'm a returning patient.....a big deal for me
