Please do yourself a favor and work with Richard. We have bought and sold over 8 times with Richard and each time, there was never a question as to who we wanted our realtor to be. Richard is amazing…we’d give him 10 stars if that was an option. We’ve had the opportunity to both buy and sell a home with Richard. His knowledge of the real estate market is exceptional and he really advocates for his clients. He is also attentive to special needs and always available. Most recently we sold our house with Richard. He was invaluable in helping us to get the house show-ready. We were on the market for 2 weeks, received top dollar and a super fast escrow. Richard went above and beyond helping me locate a new home, negotiate the process, and then getting a quick remodel done before I moved in. He even went carpet shopping for me remotely. He's so good he should have his own TV show! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell properties. He won't waste your time, he knows areas well, and he cares about the end result...doesn't disappear as soon as an offer goes in.

Richard is the agent you want to work with. Period. He's helped me secure multiple properties over the course of 7 years, always in a tough Bay Area market. But he never fails to come through.
