I've had this dentist do a great job on filings, but he acts like a major jerk. I've gotten the impression he treats this office as his like charity gig or something and looks down on most of his patients because I think some of them are on Medicaid. On time he had told me snottily how much more he charges for a night guard at his Skokie office one time. Also, this office is understaffed and impossible to get a hold of. They are my HMO provider. I’ve called probably 20 times and left multiple messages. No one ever calls back or answers the phone. I really need to get to the dentist but they’ve made that impossible. I’m switching HMO providers.

The visit itself was fine (though they are a bit pushy on unnecessary treatment such as grafting). However, they are awful at post communication -- I've reached out 4 different times to make an appointment (2 messages on their site and 2 voicemails) and they do not respond or pick up the phone.
